Depuis 2011, sous l’impulsion et avec ses conseils comme corédacteur, un travail bénévole et soutenu, pour les mises en ligne et la maintenance informatique du site ISIAS, a été assuré par Pascal Paquin, co-fondateur de ‘Yonne Lautre’, du ‘Forum Social Local 89’, de ‘C3V Maison Citoyenne’, d’’Alternatiba Yonne’, de ‘Courts Circuits la Cagnole’ (une monnaie locale complémentaire) > [https://www.lacagnole.fr/spip.php?rubrique75 ].

La démarche volontaire et solidaire des travaux est basée sur la collecte, la mise en forme et l’agencement de documents sélectionnés, avec indication des sources retenues et une présentation à des fins didactiques, et avec des introductions et des sommaires qui permettent d’avoir un accès informatique aux documents en entier ; quelquefois, des définitions préalables, des présentations, voire des traits d’humour, figurent au début de chaque article. Un effort est fait pour éviter la surcharge numérique des documents et – chaque fois que c’est possible sans altérer l’esprit, la précision et l’originalité -, les images, photos, graphiques et schémas font maintenant l’objet de liens pour être vues. Les documents choisis sont en général des textes écrits, ainsi que des descriptifs de vidéos et enregistrements à consulter aux sources indiquées.

Les sources d’information, strictement scientifiques et rapportées, émanent le plus souvent – mais pas seulement - des bases de données suivantes : Wikipédia, Futura Sciences, Science News, ScienceDaily, AAAS Scientific Américan, GMWatch, etc…

Dans certains cas, les informations travaillées, très abondantes et diversifiées quant à leur origine pour respecter le point de vue des différents auteurs et la pluralité des opinions, font l’objet de mini-séries composées de plusieurs parties, comme par exemple : L’Agriculture urbaine et périurbaine repensée pour l’aménagement dans les agglomérations  ; L’ère des technologies numériques (ou digitales) et de l’intelligence artificielle (IA) ; ’Eléments d’une méthode de travail pour l’innovation, une adaptation au changement et à la transition » (OPDBAC) ; ’Série ‘Raison et Foi en Méditerranée’’ ; « Divers aspects du monde juif et du judaïsme » ; « Divers aspects du monde arabe et de l‘islam », etc….

The voluntary and united approach of the works is based on the collection, the formatting and the arrangement of selected documents, with an indication of the retained sources and a presentation for didactic purposes, and with introductions and summaries that allow computer access to the documents in their entirety ; sometimes, preliminary definitions, presentations, and even humorous remarks, appear at the beginning of each article. An effort is made to avoid digital overload of documents and - whenever possible without altering the spirit, precision and originality - images, photos, graphs and diagrams are now linked for viewing. The selected documents are generally written texts, as well as video descriptions and recordings to be consulted at the indicated sources.

The sources of information, strictly scientific and reported, emanate most often - but not only - from the following databases : Wikipédia, Futura Sciences, Science News, ScienceDaily, AAAS Scientific Américan, GMWatch, etc…

Bei den ausgewählten Dokumenten handelt es sich in der Regel um schriftliche Texte sowie um Beschreibungen von Videos und Aufzeichnungen, die an den angegebenen Quellen eingesehen werden können.
